Soak minute steaks in egg mixture. In a separate container, mix cracker crumbs, crushed crackers and seasoned flour, then coat the minute steaks with the cracker mixture. Press flat. Do not shake off extra crumb mixture.Cook minute steaks in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Save cracklings in grease to make gravy.
